Most of the action in these books takes place on the world of Erde, with very slight references to our earth.

On Erde, the plots generally take place on the continent of Liedwahr, with important role played by the islands of Stura and Ostisles.

The Spellsong Cycle is a fantasy series written by L.E. Modesitt, Jr. first published in 1997 and concluded in 2002.
